I wasn’t always living this healthy of a life. In fact, until my early 40’s I wasn’t aware of what real food is and was constantly on a diet. My skin was dull, I was tired, and my weight was always a battle. Unsurprisingly, living on diet foods and counting calories, I developed terrible digestive problem as well as many other issues.
Being a woman, mom & wife, there aren’t many issues I haven’t tackled concerning emotional and physical health. My personal journey has lead me to become passionate about helping others change and heal their bodies from the inside out. I started a path of researching and studying everything health, fitness and nutrition. I learned to eat whole foods, move my body and nurture my mind. I wanted to help others, so I decided to become a holistic health coach. I obtained my certification as a Holistic Health Coach Practitioner from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
